Filling in this series of 4 forms will take you between 20 minutes to an hour. Please read through the guidelines to check for eligibility to the program that you wish to apply for.

Before you apply, make sure you have

  • Contact details of two references
  • A Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.2500 in favour of "Srishti" payable at Bangalore

Try to fill in all fields, but remember that the ones in bold are mandatory. You cannot proceed without entering these fields.

Once you have applied, you will need to mail copies of your marksheets (Copy of 10th grade marksheet for students who are appearing for their 12th grade exam in March / April 2012 and 12th grade marksheet or other qualifying exam marksheet for others), 2 recent color passport sized photographs and the demand draft.
