Documents and other Requirements
For us to process your application, you must mail the following documents to the above address.
- Copies of relevant mark sheets (Copy of 10th grade mark sheet for students who are appearing for their 12th grade exam in March / April 2012 and 12th grade mark sheet or other qualifying exam mark sheet for others). Advanced Diploma Candidates are to enclose their last qualification certificates.
- 2 recent color passport sized photographs
- A demand draft for Rs.2500 with your name written clearly on the reverse
- Download the Reference Form
Please quote your confirmation number in all correspondence if you have submitted your application online
Demand Draft
The demand draft of Rs.2500 is to be made in favor of "Srishti" payable at Bangalore. Foreign Nationals, please email tara_r(at)srishti(dot)ac(dot)in for instructions on how to make alternate payment arrangements.
