There are various experiential touch-points within a healthcare environment that every consumer interacts with, such as waiting areas, information exchange spaces, consultation rooms and even the restrooms and parking spaces. A brand experience therefore becomes extremely important within the hospital premises.
Eksa orthopaedic care is a collaborative approach towards a modern healthcare space, with the aim of transforming modern day perceptions of medical facilities. The hospital has been conceptualized from scratch, by re-thinking and redesigning a plethora of touch-points and elements to create a unique healthcare experience.
This project is the combined effort of Srishti students and is a semi-live project from Tata Elxsi.
By controlling and modulating the entire healthcare experience through a comprehensive branding exercise, lasting impressions and enduring relationships can be built with the consumer
